The OBS may be reserved by all the Penn State College of Medicine and Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center students, faculty, and staff during Library Staff Hours.
The OBS is available for walk-in use when it is not reserved; however, reservations have priority.
Reservations are void after 15 minutes if the reservation booker is not present. The room reverts to walk-in use on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations may be made for up to 3 hours per every 24 hour time period.
Occupants are responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the room.
Reasonable noise levels should be maintained. To prevent noise from leaving the room, the door should be closed at all times when the room is in use.
Use of an Encrypted Thumb Drive, External Hard Drive, or Personal M Drive must be used to save and transfer your projects. Do not save directly to any machine. Encrypted Thumb Drives are available for check out at the Library’s Service Desk.
