Multimedia Caption Guidelines and Policy
Your multimedia should be created so that all people can experience it as it is intended to be viewed or listened to. Penn State Policy AD 69 mandates compliance with WCAG 2.0 for all content relating to Penn State functions. In short, this means a text transcript should be provided for all audio files; captions should be provided for all prerecorded audio content in videos; and visual information critical to comprehension is described in contextual detail.

Visual Standards for Communication Guidelines and Policy
Your multimedia should adhere to the visual standards for communication of Penn State University, Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine, especially for multimedia that is to be made accessible to external individuals. For example, multimedia creators should ensure that institutional logos are presented consistently and correctly.
