Who Should I Talk to?

Eliza Donne specializes in digital media content development. She can assist you with creating eLearning or web content for your classes and training. Additionally, she can provide consultation on which technology tools might be best suited to your teaching goals. Eliza has helped develop several eLearning training modules for departments, and individual informational sites for residency and fellowship programs across the college. She also has experience with 2D & 3D animation, and motion graphics video production. For demonstration purposes, Eliza developed a walk-through virtual reality model of Harrell Library that can be experienced upon request. Eliza orchestrates the library’s annual Healthcare Hackathon and is open to collaborating on educational technology-related events for various groups upon request.

Mike Cote is an expert in handling 3D printing requests, including tweaking models for your specifications, or creating models from scratch. Recently, Mike helped develop a needle guide for ultrasound probes with Anesthesiology and has also worked with Ophthalmology to create models in silicone used to mimic skin tissue for training purposes. Some of his models have been used as replacement ribs in the Simulation Center, display cases for iPads in the library, and as cookie cutters for various faculty, staff, and students. He is also experienced in training individuals and teams in the use of our library’s tech spaces such as the One Button Studio recording space and the Experimental Classroom for interactive teaching, as well as software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Rush and other Adobe Creative Cloud programs. Mike can also provide training and advice on Zoom web conferencing, Microsoft Teams, Kaltura Video Hosting, and Canvas course design.

Both Eliza and Mike can assist you with video editing projects, provide training for eLearning and editing software such as Articulate Storyline and iMovie, assist with use of the library’s Virtual Reality headsets, and various other multimedia requests. Contact LibraryTech with general multimedia services inquiries.
