Technology Sandbox Policy

  • The Technology Innovation Sandbox may be reserved by the Penn State College of Medicine and Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center faculty and staff. 
  • Entire room reservations may be requested up to four weeks in advance.
  • All requests must be approved by the library faculty and staff.
  • To reserve the space, you must employ at least some of the technologies offered in the room to be considered.
  • The Sandbox is available for walk-in use by students, faculty, and staff when it is not reserved.
  • No food, covered drinks only.
  • Occupants are responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the room.
